The human eye and brain perceive a wide spectrum of colors as light reflects off surfaces in the world around us. Color resonates emotionally and carries many meanings; visual artists use it as a key expressive tool.
With Frank Stella’s Damascus Gate (Variation III) as a jumping off point, come and investigate the power of color through immersive and multi-sensory looking experiences with several works of art in the museum's collection.
Members: $5 | Student Members: FREE. Members may bring up to 2 guests. Space limited.
