Artist Pathways Lunch with Finnegan Shannon— Student event
12:15 p.m.
Hillyer 319
Finnegan Shannon (b. 1989, Berkeley, CA) is an artist experimenting with forms of access. They intervene in ableist
structures with humor, earnestness, and rage. Their recent work Don’t mind if I do, a conveyor-belt-centered exhibition that
prioritizes rest and play, is currently on view at the Smith College Museum of Art. Food will be provided.
Limited to 25.
Me, Finnegan Shannon, a white person in a bright blue corduroy shirt and bleached blonde hair. Looking directly at the camera, relaxed but not smiling. Taped to the wall behind me are various notes about projects, sketches, and things I like. Marissa captured me looking hot and cool and boyish — what a dream!
