SCMA is free and open to all!
Join us from 4–8pm for an evening of art, making, and community at the Smith College Museum of Art. Galleries are open until 8pm.
From 4–7pm Participate in Hands-on Art Making! All ages welcome. Focus on fabric at this drop-in artmaking activity inspired by the new special exhibition Michel Kameni: Portraits of an Independent Africa. Take your cue from pattern-rich fashion seen in photographs from the portrait studio of Michel Kameni. Block print onto patches of fabric provided by SCMA or bring in your own clothing or accessories to embellish.
From 4–8pm Enjoy four floors of art!
